It feels like the opening is swollen and it feels dry. its also itchy and white sometimes yellowish colored discharge comes out. i'm going to the doctor in a couple days but maybe someone can give me an idea of what is wrong with me? please help

i dont see anything to concerning from the pics, has anything changed from the pics to now ? more discharge or smell ? any bumps on the outside ?
