Swollen labia minora (image if i can get it to work?)

hello!

so i have seen three OB/GYNs and tests done and everything is "normal". they sont know what it is but they don't offer much help. I've switched to cotton undies (if i have to wear them!), loose clothing, i eat yogurt, sitz baths with Epsom salts, or vinegar, I've tried iodine treatments, hydrocortisone.... currently icing it because it hurts. never had this until after i had my son 5yo. i thought it was from birth control so I'm not on any, also not sexually active. Any input/ideas would be great.

    lHi autabee, so 3 drs. Told you this was normal? I think it is not. Question, what happened to all the hair? What is the red growth in the center? I'd get to Dr #4 right away. Something is amiss. Best of luck.

    I shave, and thats what I'm not sure about. they say its "just swollen" and normal. I'm thinking of seeing a plastic surgeon and see if they can trim it up...
