Swollen lip

hi, so over the last 6 months I have been getting a swollen pretty much like clock work every two months? it started June 27 then august 28 then october 17 then december 12 and 21. at first i thought it was an allergic reaction to food since we were traveling in New York but once we got home it still does it. even only eating foods i have ate before. The only thing i can find online is that its an allergic reaction to food or maybe medicine? any ideas on what it could be? ive also found the lip swelling seems to only happen when im under a lot of stress. thanks!image
