Hi guys, I'm just wondering if this could be a swollen lymph node or not. It's kind of red, slightly painful and slightly swollen to the touch. Should I be concerned and rush to the doctor's? Any help is appreciated, thanks.

That red bump? No, that looks like a zit. There is a saliva gland there that can get swollen, but that doesn't look like it.
