Swollen Lymph Node, though Dr. Google Sucks.

Hey Everyone. So I found a single lymph node on the back of my neck on the left side.

I had weird abdominal issues for like 2 days and horrible back pain.

Went to Chiro and doc thought it's just a pinched nerve. Abdominal stuff wasn't too bad so I just decided not to eat. Thought may be I ate something bad.... And then as I was laying down and rubbing my neck because my whole back like cement, I noticed this lump. It's small and isn't visible, but I can def feel it. Freaked out, went to Urgent Care. Doc doesn't know and took blood work. And now I am long my s%hi Googling everything. I have no other symptoms. No sweats, no fatigue, no rash. Only thing is some nausea and back pain.

I am not asking for a diagnosis, just want to hear some advise based on the symptoms and events I've described.

For a tough guy, I certainly have the worst care of hypochondria

PS. I assume it's not C.... And then I assume it's not Lymphoma or Leukemia, but Google also says it can metastasize from another part of the body....  if that's the case, wouldn't I know the primary location for the tumor? Before it metastasizes, would't I have other symptoms before?

Sorry, just trying to deal with this anxiety

A swollen node can be due to infection(that is what everyone says).

I have 3 swollen nodes that are since february. My GP doesnt really care about them(did blood work-elevated lymphocytes but since february i do CBC every month and they are always either elevated or on the upper interval so i guess i just have more lymphocytes).Hematologist gave me antibiotic and nothing happened. He said they will either stay like that forever or they will go down veeeeeeeeeery slowly.A week ago i felt them and the one on the left was a bit smaller and softer.(wow that took him like what...6months).If you live in USA or Germany they do a biopsy if a node stays big after antibiotics(which i find unnesessary, but hey in USA they do MRI if you have a headache so..).But you see mine were large after the antibiotic(it was given in april) and i have no problem with them.

Also if it was a metastasis it would involve more then 1 node, rarely it is only 1 especially in the neck.If you are under 25 persistant lymph node have a 0.8 chance to be lymphoma(that is what my tumors in head and neck book says)
