Swollen lymph node under left side of jaw and some kind of rash.

Hello, about a week ago I woke up and noticed I've got some kind of a rash on the left side of my jaw. The next day a lymph node under the left side of my jaw started to swell. I though it would go away soon because I had no bad symptoms(the rash didn't hurt/itch, the swollen node didn't hurt) but it's been a week and it isn't going away and my lymph node is still swollen although not as much. I'm not particularly scared I'm just curious what this could be. If it doesn't go away soon I'll go to the doctor.image
