I had a inguinal hernia repair in 1999 and prostate cancer in 2004. I had a radical prostatectomy and there were no signs of the cancer anywhere in that area including 11 lymph nodes that were removed. Now, I am having swollen lymph nodes in my groin area and my scrotum. One of the nodes is hard. Could this possible be from the hernia repair or a recurring cancer?
