Swollen lymph nodes, pain, and dizziness for over two months

Two months ago I started noticing some dizziness on one side of my head I got ct scans done ekg and blood work all came back normal. It went away after a week than returned and it continues to do that pattern to this day. Sometimes I Have pain on that side of my head in one spot for a couples day that comes and goes. I’m seeing an ENT specialist and he’s thinking Menieres or migraines I’ll be having tests done in a month. However he doesn’t think the swollen nodes I have behind my ear are related. They are matted together behind my ear and soft and moveable. No pain. Haven’t gotten bigger or smaller. Just a few days ago I woke up one morning with a sore neck on the side I’m having all these problems I noticed more swollen but tender lymph nodes under my chin along with one on my chest kinda painful.

Does anyone have any idea what could be going on.

I’m very healthy 21 years old and never had any problems before.

I should add 3 months ago I was in a small accident hubby slammed on brakes shot me in the windshield didn’t have my seatbelt on like a dummy and cracked the windshield with my head. But all ct were normal after. I’ve had 3 CT’s since then. I don’t think accident is related but not sure at this point.

Ready to be back feeling normal and Live everyday not thinking about it!

So sorry to hear this, I have had the same problem took years to find a answer, I had four sinus surgery' s during that time.  Anytime you have trauma to a part of the body it can react  different , sometimes as  autoimmune, Sjogrens is what I have, inflammation or infection. you could have a hidden infection somewhere they have not found or the inflammation, even a nerve can have this, Keep searching until you get a answer.  Hope this is of some help to you. God Bless

Thanks so much for your reply! I’m hoping to find answers soon trying my best to leave it in God’s hand and not worry about it! I’ve been on numerous antibiotics recently as well and they haven’t went away. Hopefully they can figure it out though I’m thinking about requesting a fine needle aspiration.
