Swollen lymphnodes

Hello,

I posted on here a couple of months ago, in January I went to the doctors with a swollen lymphnode on my neck (right side) I was referred to ENT where they did a needle biopsy but the results were inconclusive, they then sent me to the general hospital where they were going to remove the lump to look under the microscope, 9/10 doctors were happy to remove and then 1 doctor said no, basically 4 months on I now hVe two more lumps, one on the other side of my neck and one where my thyroid is( I also have an underactive thyroid). The doctor said my bloods are fine so they don't think it is anything to worry about. Just come back in 3 month for another ultrasound.

In September I had

Rubella

November

Glandular fever

December

Tonsillitis

March

Kidney stone and infection

My symptoms are:

Tiredness

Bruising in my legs for no reason

Swollen joints

Night sweat that drench

Constant fever low grade 37.6-38.2 c

I have had a kidney infection for 5 weeks with blood and protein in my urine

Weight loss 6kg in 5weeks

Yesterday I went back to my Gp (never seen this GP as he is new) as I needed a review after my antibiotics, as I went in he said I have been reading through all your notes and I'm concerned, he examined me and felt all my lumps etc, he said he wants to speak to the lead doctor for advice, today I he called and said he is very concerned and has sent a urgent referral to another hospital as he is worried that it could be the be C. When I was in hospital in January having the lump investigated because they couldn't find anything wrong they basically said it was in my head 😭

Had anyone been through this experience ??

You may have what is called henoch-scholein purpura or HSP.

There is no need for anibiotics, as this is not a bacterial infection.

    Do you know what triggered these galndular fever like symptoms;

    maybe you had some infections?

I've been tested for a lot of infections, not sure what triggered the Glandular fever but I work in a school, since having the Glandular fever I haven't been the same, the lump first appeared 3 months before the Glandular fever
