Swollen NECK lymph nodes (or lumps) 10 months AFTER unprotected oral sex. Need help!!

Hello. I had UNPROTECTED oral sex with someone last July 2017. I pretty much have swallowed a part of his cum while his penis was in my mouth. I am pretty sure that I didn't have any cuts/open sores in my mouth back then. Recently, during the last week of April 2018, I started noticing a lump behind my right ear. It was soft, immovable, and painless. It is around 1 cm - 1.2 cm in size. I searched through the internet to see what the cause might be. I panicked when one of them was possibly HIV but I am pretty confident that it's not because of HIV and that I am not infected. I tried to look for possible ways to reduce the lump. I tried applying warm compress instead to the lump for 10 minutes. It reduces in size but when the warmth from the compress was gone, the lump just returned back to normal size. I then went to the ENT one month after. He prescribed me with CO-AMOXICLAV, an antibiotic, saying that I should take it twice a day (after breakfast and after dinner) for one week. Right after, nothing happened to my lump. It hasn't changed in size and still remained the same. I wasn't able to go back to the doctor ever since then. During the first week of June, I started noticing a very small squishy lump behind my left ear. It was around < 0.5 cm in size. I was pretty nervous so I started squishing it everyday hoping that it would reduce in size or go back to normal. Eventually, 2 weeks after, I noticed that the squishy lump got bigger. Right now, it's around < 1 cm in size. It hasn't changed in size since then. During the third week of June, I then noticed another lump which I'm pretty sure is a lymph node below my left jawline. It is somewhere in the submandibular region. It is movable,kind of rubbery, and painless. All of these lumps/nodes that I noticed popped out 9-10 MONTHS after my VERY LAST UNPROTECTED ORAL SEX. Could it be because of HIV? I'm scared of getting tested. I'm just 18 years old. I need your opinions and answers, guys. Thanks very much!

    First of all did you ask the guy before you did it did you have HIV.  Before you do that you should know the person  before you do anything.  Best thing for you is go to the doctor and find out for yourself.  It may just be a cyst.  Please let us know  Ken

    Sounds like a sebaceous cyst , put a very warm egg on it (chinese trick ) and it might burst and empties.

    If a lymphnode is swollen ask a Dr to check it.

    I doubt it's HIV. Don't go down that path of panicking about it for too long. Just see a doctor and do some tests to put you at ease.
