I have suffered with face pain for 4 months because the outside of my left nostils lining is all swollen - does I am on a steroid nasal spray - has anyone had this? It feels tight on one side constantly!!

I have a similar issue. My left nostril is painful & feels tight too. Getting a sinus scan this week. My sinus issues have been going on 4 years now & my nose 2. But yes tight feeling
