If the foreskin is trapped in a way that could hinder blood supply to your glans this needs quick medical attention. If it’s forward in its usual place the swelling should subside in a day or two.

If its swollen then take ibuprofen (as long as you aren't on any meds that interfere with it) . Put your penis upwards like under your belt. This should help keep the swelling down. Keep working on stretching your foreskin when you are recovered!

Thanks for ur replies.... I went to doctor and he did it with his hands and give me medicine for it... It was paraphimosis... Which would have worsened if i would have gone late

Since its paraphimosis I recommend doing stretching exercises that'll open your foreskinover time. DOD he happen to give you a steroid cream like betamethizone?

For the stretching exercise you out two fingers in the opening and pull them apart very slowly. Do this so there is not untolerable pain but enough pressure to feel like it's being stretched. Do this every day for as long as you can and your problem will eventually be solved. You only get what you put into it so consistency is key!
