Swollen popliteal and epitrochlear lymph nodes

Hi all, hope you had a lovely Christmas and a happy new year!

I (27F) began noticing swollen lymph nodes in my neck in July of this year. Had an ultrasound on them in August which showed they were slightly swollen (~1cm) so had the ultrasound repeated in October which showed they had grown massively, three lymph nodes in my neck were measuring around 3cm and had concerning characteristics, the report stated they couldn't rule out malignancy.

In September the lymph nodes above and below my elbow crease started swelling on both arms. These have continued to swell since and are at a point where they are visibly misshapen. I'm getting numbness in my baby and third finger on either hand which is getting worse the more my arms swell, I'm presuming the swelling is pressing on a nerve.

In November I had a CT of my neck and chest which showed multiple swollen lymph nodes. I was seen by an oncologist/ haematologist who said they suspected low grade lymphoma and would follow up in 6 months. I asked about a biopsy and was refused. I asked about my arms and was told to go back to my GP which I did and they referred me for an ultrasound on my arms which I'm currently waiting on.

Yesterday I noticed that I have huge swollen lymph nodes behind each knee, measuring about 5cm each and I just don't know where to go from here. I've been dismissed by my GP and the oncologist now.

I suppose my question really is does anyone have a suggestion as to where I go from here? Is there a specific specialist or test I should be requesting referrals for? Is there any condition in particular that causes the swollen lymph nodes in elbows and knees?

Just some side information: I've had bloods done more times that I can count over the past few months, absolutely everything has been normal and I've tested negative for all autoimmune diseases. I also got STD tested which was negative too.

    Any progress?

    I'm in a similar position, my armpit nodes on one side are swollen, and I feel discomfort in my elbow crease so I assume it's connected. It's been 6 weeks now. Do you feel any pain? I feel a dull pain in my armpit that comes and goes.

    Ultrasound and bloods are clear, so I also have no idea where to go from here
