So here's the deal:
i've been diagnosed with chronic chilblains for ~2-3 years or so, they're hell in the winter, and go away in the summer, but recently, i've been noticing that my toes stayed swollen even months after i stopped having chilblains (especially my pinky toes, they've swelled to twice their og size). so i was wondering what i should do, should i set up a doctor appointment, or is there a way to remedy this at home?
