symptom of an optical migraine?

Hi,

I occasionally suffer from aura and optical migraines but my symptoms seem to be a bit different.

I get a flash/circular blotch of coloured light (almost like after you've looked at the sun) that seems to appear mostly in my right vision. This flash comes and goes and happens to last anywhere between 30minutes to couple of hours and it is specifically 2 blotchy circles that i see out of my right eye mainly. In this time period, the flashes come and go roughly every 5 minutes.

Been to the opticians and did a thorough check and everything is fine so wondering is this is just an unusual symptom of a optical migraine? This has happened a few times over the years.

Does anyone else have these symptoms?
