Does anyone have symptoms even when they are not having an anxiety/panic attack? I have them even when I'm not having an attack. Is that normal with anxiety?

    Hi Jay,

You can quite easily have symptoms without having a full blown anxiety/panic attack. How long have you been suffering these attacks and are you on any medication? You say 5mths but what actually triggered them? They don't just suddenly occur. Something in your life started the anxiety attacks be it work, family, friendships other relationships etc and you need to narrow it down in order to be able to communicate with your therapist 100%. Good Luck

They do just occur for no reason. With me it's not a attack I jus have the trembling feeling shaky all the time and feel like Everything is surreal everyday.

Yes unfortunately sad but since I started medication it only flares up in the morning until around noon

Of course even the people with no anxiety disorders get issues its just people with a disorder trigger into a huge mess.having aches, pains or weird symptoms come and go and without anxiety you go about your day functioning fine and know it will pass. So yes you can have symptome with or without an anxety attack.

No I'm saying the trembling sensation or feeling ill without even having the heart racing or shortness of breath. I feel terrible every day without even having an anxiety attack.

Yes when my anxiety first started I thought I had the flu but it lasted 2 weeks before I realized it was anxiety.

You are referring to GAD which youd feel all the time or without extreme sensations. Panic attacks or panic disorder is full.blown. The trembling and feeling ill would probably fell under  genralized anxiety disorder be ause its milder i think.
