Stomach pain that moves all over your stomach and is relieved by a bowel movement.

Different types and intensity of pain

Pain that comes and goes or is constant

    Gas/bloating

    Hearburn

    changes in bowel habit

    Food intolerance

    Anxiety

    Nausea

There are many others to which vary from person to person.  Ask your doctor.  What tests have already been done?

Keep a food diary to identify any foods that may be causing you symptoms.

Normally ibs is diagnosed by excluding other more serious causes via blood tests d sometimes internal examinations . Pain a common feature even loose stools because colon goes into spasm  See your GP and get some basic testst done
