Yes I had symptoms like this when I just had gall bladder sludge and that pain was brutal sent me to the hospital twice. But at that point it seems it will eventually develop into gall bladder stones they ended up removing my gall bladder and they found 5 inside me after they removed it but only two showed up on the ultrasound. But sometimes it can take almost 9 months of back and forth in the ER for them to finally do something about it. I lost 40 lbs with all my IBS and gall bladder issues. The worst pain was the chest pain, sternum pain, tightness in chest when breathing deep, pain under right breast, and diarrhea. I mean after a point the quality of life is so terrible that you can get anxiety and depression wondering if it gets better and it does once they remove it. But trust me I tried to do it the "natural way" and do a juice cleanse and I was able to get my liver enzymes under control and brought my cholesterol down but I believe COVID can trigger the worsening of gall bladder symptoms that also happened to me. And I think me gaining weight and thought I got my cholesterol down I think just me having celiac disease just maybe caused other overlapping issues. So, I hope they give you answers cause sometimes they just send you home to be in pain until they actually find gall bladder stones that is what happened to me. They wont do anything for sludge only if they find stones. Always ask for a HIDA scan to see the functionality of your gall bladder but they fight you on that too.
