Symptoms after the SVT attack

Hi all, I wanted to thank everyone for sharing their experiences here, it has been super helpful in easing my anxiety with SVT.

I recently had my first SVT episode/diagnosis and wanted to ask what peoples' experiences are afterwards. The day following the episode I felt severely fatigued, and some chest pressure. the following day again very fatigued, feeling chest pressure, and overall just a bit higher of a heart rate. some nausea as well from time to time. is this normal AFTER the episode ?

I do feel somewhat fatigued after an episode, and tightness around my neck, for whatever reason, but that's it. Never any pain or nausea. Of course, this all depends on how long my attacks last. Have you told your Cardiologist about these symptoms? What did he/ she say? I'm 45, and have had these since I was 38. That's not to say I wouldn't start having your symptoms the older I got, but for me now, just fatigue sometimes. Hope this helps!

I have had SVT my whole life and typically the only symptoms I've experienced are during an episode, mostly just the fast HR and sometimes some chest pressure. I never really experienced any symptoms after. My episodes are somewhat frequent and last anywhere from a minute up to a an hour (or longer).

    I have SVT, (AT)

The really only symptom I have is the fast heart rate. If my episode is less than an hour, I am able to just go back to what I was doing prior. My episodes have gone on for over 6 hours, and those do me in.

If I do to much holding my breath, I will get dizzy though.
