Symptoms are not improving, I'm scared

Hi all, I had created a previous forum stating all my symptoms and problems, I still have those symptoms which include abdominal pain and tightness, bloating, odd smelling stool, constipation then diarrhoea, small black dots in stool after wiping, back ache, warm sweet sensation in throat, hunger pangs, loss of appetite, hives like rash on right buttock, nosebleeds, weakness, fatigue, tired, more out of breath, headache, sudden earache, scratchy throat, nausea and muscle cramps. My veins also look more apparent than normal.I passed stool several days ago and when i wiped, i noticed white/cream worm like shapes on the toliet paper amongst the poop, however i did take a worming tablet just in case. I took a treatment for worms but I still have poor appetite, lower abdominal cramps and I keep passing this reddish/brownish discharge in my poop after wiping.

Now In 3 days I need to stop taking my combined pill for a week as it is my period break, although I probably won't be due till around Wednesday, a few days ago, I wiped after going to the toliet and there was dark almost black stringy blood on the toliet paper, but I was confused cos I weren't due, it then went away until last night when blood leaked onto my pants and when i wiped there was like light pink blood, my pee was also red and idk it's either the pee or the blood, the pee or blood also smells very sweet. I still get full of small portions of food too and a weird sweet sensation/ taste in my throat and mouth. my partner said I look pale and eventhough I haven't ate much today, I feel ill, bloated, shaky and nauseous. I'm really beginning to worry now.
