Symptoms caused by medulla compression??

Hello Forum

I am a 39 year old male and have had 3 months of sudden onset neurological symptoms such as vibration sensations in lower spine and both legs, peripheral neuropathies like tingling in hands and feet, numbness in hands, sensations of cold "raindrops" happening on my skin. Plus continuous tinnitus and audio sensitivity in both ears.

In doing investigations for potential MS, my recent 3T MRI of brain and spine came back clear, and my lumbar puncture result was negative.

However, my neurologist did notice something on my scans; an artery that seems to be "hugging" or even potentially pushing against/into the medulla. He did not seem to think it was significant enough to be the cause of my symptoms. I wondered if anyone with experience of this issue thinks it could be significant and should be looked into further? There seems to be little info online about this issue, and what there is seems to show images looking a lot worse than my MRI, and the symptoms tended to be more focussed on the face, and/or motor related rather than sensory. If anyone has some suggestions, I would be very grateful. I am still not ruling out MS as the cause of my symptoms, but in light of the otherwise normal MRI and spinal fluid, I'm trying to dig deeper into what could be causing my frustrating symptoms.
