Symptoms, not entirely sure?

Hi I am posting in this thread because everything I have Google diagnosed myself with 'haha' points to problems with my ovaries/womb. I don't know if anyone can relate but it's worth a shot.
I'll start off by saying I am 23 and I have two children. During my first scan with my second it was noted that I had a calcification on my left ovary, it was still there on my 20 week scan but nothing was said about it. 4 months after having my second daughter I started on the depo provera everything was fine for the first month and then I started to bleed heavily every day. I went to the GP and they gave me the combined pill to take alongside to help manage the bleeding. This worked wonders and after 3 days I had stopped bleeding completely - until now. For the past 4 weeks I have been bleeding for 2-3 days a week. Mostly brown/black blood - spotting I would say and more red tinged blood when I pass stool (sorry if TMI) I have also been experiencing strong abdominal cramps that sent me dizzy and the pain radiates into my right thigh - this leg feels funny constantly but I'm afraid I can't explain what I mean I also feel very run down and I could sleep forever - they put this down to anaemia. Last week they sent me for a chest xray looking for a pulmonary embulism! (There is no clotting) I had a vaginal examination on Monday and swabs and the results will be back within the week. Doctor said if they come back normal they will refer me to the hospital for an ultrasound. Has anyone experienced anything similar I am driving myself nuts. I should also mention I am a sufferer of reoccurring bartholins cysts/abscesses but can confirm I have no cyst at this time. Any ideas or should I just stop worrying I'm having heart palpitations with the anxiety it is causing me - I know, never ending - right!? Thank you x

Hi there, no not yet. Awaiting the results of the swab which I'm positive won't show any signs of infection. Then the GP will refer me for the ultrasound, she said.
Thank you. X
