Symptoms of Bipolar?

Hi guys just wanted to ask a few questions on Bipolar,

First question is do bipolar people have a tendency to say they’ll do something (especially when they’re feeling manic) but then they’ll never do it ? 

For instance if you got told to come in every day for college and you’ll say yes you’ll do it but you won’t actually come in every day ? 

What are some other symptoms of bipolar that not everyone talks about but it definitely is a symptom ?

    Hi hope your well. I think with what your saying it's quite easy when we feel good to say yes to this, thus and this, and take things on. I find when my mood changes and it changes often as I'm a rapid cycler, I let people down as I don't want to do the things I've said IL do. Xx

      That’s what I thought, I always say “yes I’ll do it.” 

      But when it actually gets round to it my mood has completely changed and I don’t want to do it, even if the thing is one day apart.
