Symptoms of Gallbladder?

hi,

just wondering if anyone has any insight? It started as having general soreness beginning in October and i just didn't think much about it, then as it got worse i wondered if had UTI or possibly Appendix problem. When I had got to the doctor beginning of November it had felt like soreness all across belly like i had done 1000 sit ups. It was all across my belly at first and not localized. They ordered CT scan with contrast and blood work. Since then i have been back and have had CT scan without contrast, ultrasounds, x-ray. Small things they have found are some liver lobe cysts, a 3mm non-obstructing stone in left kidney, ovarian cyst, a few tiny 2-3mm gallbladder polyps as they worded it and on the notes my doctor mentioned this could be a stuck gallstone. But nothing they seem to be super concerned or pinpointed. My pain is pretty localized to right under right rib. But i have also had pain in the appendix area. Most pain from right rib and some flank right side hugging around to my back. Ive had nausea on and off and also have been woken up multiple times with the pain and nausea. When i lay down seems to be worse and i have a lot of gurgling and bubbling feelings. A few days ago i ate something i feel like it didn't agree and every since them my nausea has picked up tremendously! I haven't got stomach sick (knock on wood) but feel the nausea pretty constant now like lump in throat. I also don't have much appetite at all. I can start eating but don't feel hungry and just have the constant nausea kind of in background when eating. I do have an appointment with a General Surgeon. I am very discouraged with all the testing and no real answers as it as it has been painful everyday and there hasn't been any relief, and now with nausea picking up, i just feel like could be gallbladder? Any advice is appreciated!!
