Symptoms or side effects? Longterm use

Doctor recently changed my meds from long term use of old fashioned Paroxetine 30mg to Citalopram 30mg no tapering just swap over. i had horrendous withdrawal symptoms and assume new side effects from Citalopram lasting some 4 weeks.

I'm 12 weeks in now and intrusive thoughs etc have settled down. I'm still getting a brain fog / heavy eye / very dizzy sensations and mild panic attacks that I can largely deal with.

I do wonder though if this is my anxiety presenting differently or I'm still getting withdrawn and side effects from the drug swap.

just never felt like thus before in all my years of experience with anxiety
