Symptoms resulting from withdrawal of anticoagulant and durietic

This is about an elderly person with a history of heart failure that has been treated with the two types of medication cited in the subject. I know what the risk of withdrawing them is, death. My question is a little more subtle: what would the symptoms subsequent to the withdrawal?

Husbands has heart failure, only time they have taken his anticouglants off him is when he was needed minor surgery, bleeding problem with blood tooo thin.
They do and should monitor how thin patients blood is and or levels of blood thinner, there is an optimum level it should be at for heart failure patients.
If patients has any kind of bleeding into tissue levels need to be tested, has elderly person had a bleed of some kind, stroke for example symptoms would be paralysed side of face, immediate withdrawal of thinners would be necessary to stop bleed getting worse.
You also mention diuretic, if patient is dehydrated last thing they need is diuretic, not drinking enough, unable to drink enough.
Simple way to diagnose dehydration, pinch skin on back of hand, hold for 10-15 seconds, does it level off again within a few seconds or does skin stay in pinched up position for a long time, if stays pinched up last thing needed is diuretic.
Some years ago mum at 87 had swollen ankles and legs, diagnosed as retaining fluids, after frusemide given, very confused, I noticed her skin on her hands was very loose, more so than normal, questioned Dr's diagnoses, she did not have fluid retention caused by heart issue, as Dr's had assumed from swollen ankles, cancer of lower pelvis-belly stopped lymph glands functioning to return fluids from legs, and lack of moving about was not helping, movement of muscles also help return fluids to belly.
Hope all is well with you family member.
