Syphilis?? Or something else? Please help!

I first noticed it a couple days ago, after sex. It just felt like a raised bump along my perineum. I thought it could be because of the friction during sex. Then I thought it could also be from using feminine wipes I had never tried before, or a new soap (the blue irish spring). At first it didn't hurt, only if I would touch it. When I finally looked at it, it looked like this

I brought a sitz bath that night and poured in some epsom salt and soaked for 25 minutes. Then the next morning, it looked like this

I took a sitz bath again that night and this is what it looked like this morning.

Can anyone tell what this is? I'm pretty sure it's not an STI or STD, my partner and I have only been with each other for over a year and we both got tested. The thing on the side looks like an ulcer and it's starting to hurt when I walk from rubbing against my skin.

    thats one you need to see the doctors about and get it swabbed
