    Doctor told me to take 3x a day at breakfast lunch and dinner.

      No. It doesn't matter.  Before, during or after does not make a difference.  That's what gp told me.

      Brill thanks, what do u do when u get hungry inbetween meals but you have had had fruit etc etc

      I'm starving!!!

      I drink plenty of water and i eat fat free yogurts. I am not a big fruit eater. But the water does the trick.
