Tailbone - achy warm sensation

I have been suffering from Perimenopausal symptoms for the past six years. From achy joints, constipation, tingling, numbness, palpitations, muscle tightness on my left side, hip pain, warm feeling and ache in thighs, allergies, hot mouth sensation, throat issues, feeling dizzy, eye floater, scalp tenderness, feeling off, you name it. Multiple visits to the doctor just to be told nothing is wrong and I am healthy.
Recently some thing I had not felt before happened. a week before my period, my tailbone started to feel tender when I sit down. When I stand up there is an ache in my tail bone area. feels a bit heavy. I also feel a warm achy sensation when i sit. I’m not sure if my period brought this on. But once it is over if the ache/warm sensation is still there I plan on going to the doctor. the sensation dies disappear once I stand up and start moving around.
has anyone felt this before?

Thank you ladies for your reply. my tailbone tenderness is still there. I did go to the doctor and x-rays were taken. I was told everything looks normal. This is so crazy how going through the change can bring on so much pain. The tailbone ache runs more towards my left side. I find it weird how most of my aches and pains are generally to the left side of my back. right now I have the worst neck tightness that sometimes feels stiff. I am so ready to start feeling normal again. Six years is a long time feeling like this. I hope all of you feel better soon. Take care. It gives me some peace that someone else out there has the same symptoms as I do.

hi- I know this feeling. I’ve been having issues that I cant explain- like tailbone pressure and deep pain in my buttock muscle. several months ago I had a perio-rectal gland abscess that wouldnt heal on its own with draining, it formed a fistula and I had a outpatient surgery to fix it. I feel like this issue could be related to that but- but its not the same area so I'm worried its a tumor or something. Maybe its a new abscess in another area? Of course my anxiety kicks in and makes me worry! i'm also having a lot of pressure in that general area- feeling I need to urinate or BM. i was just tested for UTI and was fine. i have my first colonoscopy later this month. I also fell hard on my tailbone while sledding last winter but haven't noticed issues until recently so not sure that makes sense to be the cause. I'm 50, and basically no period for a year except 2 break-through periods in the months following my covid vaccinations. i'm not on HRT. I'm just tired off this pain- its weird and more of a nagging or pressure feeling. how is your pain? i know its been a few months.
