took my mg escitalopram this morning. and at pm tonight took another  escitalopram by mistake  will it do me any harm .

    so I have taken 20mg of escitalopram 10 in morning 10 at night will I be ok .

    You'll be fine. You might have some not fun side effects, though.

    You will be fine, apart from mild side effects depending on how your body reacts,from drowsiness to funny feeling in your head, but its certainly not going to harm you.

    Please set an alarm for your medication to avoid any mistakes...
