ladies i am not pushing drugs, but HRT has helped me. I am not 100% yet but it has enabled me to get better mentally so i can make an informed decisioneven if u do it for a month just to stablize yourself . i was living your nightmare, i truly was and some days things are bad but not as bad as they were before HRT.

so glad you feel better 😃 im not going to even attempt it as i have fibroids so dont need more estrogen x
