Taken Anadin Extra and now my stomach is burning with Diarrhoea pls help!!

Hi,

3 days ago I took 2 Anandin Extra which has Aspirin in and i had eaten lunch an hour before, and since then my stomach has been aching and has a gnawing/burning pain. Ive also been going to the toilet a lot and have Diarrhoea (sorry TMI).

Anyone have any idea what this is and why it isnt going away?! its been constant and gets worse throughout the day and when i have anything to eat. Ive been keeping my food light as well.

I also have that that 'empty stomach' hunger pain! Please can someone offer any advice
