Taking aleve with sertraline cause bruises?

i didn't realize i shouldn't be taking naproxen sodium with my sertraline. i was taking 4 per day for about a week and a half. That's 880mg of naproxen i was taking along with my 75mg of sertraline.

yesterday i noticed a few (3) small bruises on my legs.

obviously i have stopped taking the aleve but am wondering if combing the meds might have caused some bruising. I've also gi upset but no blood in stool or vomiting
