No that's fine thank you for answering back. Have you been on it long and how much do you take? Does the tiredness seem better in the mornings/daytime taking it at 6?

Hi I've been on them for 4 weeks 10mg then 15mg now 20mg for about a week. My daughter has cancer and she's doing great but I can't seem to get a hold of all this panic and anxiety!! I was really bad this morning so I took a propanalol ( holy crap) did not like it at all my chest felt so tight! Dr said not to take anymore, I do feel a bit sleepy on them in the evening. But reading lots on Google alot of people can't sleep on them xx

Yeah I have insomnia issues as it is but I also take clonazepam for sleep, so I hope this works taking both at night. I was started on 5 mg for the first 5 weeks, now I'm on 10 mg going into my 4 th. week. Hopefully I'm not going to be so tired by morning, I also have panic attacks, haven't driven a car yet because of the tiredness and fuzzy head feeling, sure hope I get use to these things SOON!

Yes I've read that too about not sleeping but that's what my clonazepam is for so hopefully that'll take care of that if there's a problem. Are you more awake by morning if you take it at 6 pm?
