Taking citalopram for 1 week and dizziness and heavy head

i know there seems to be plenty of side effects with citalopram but i wanted to see if others also felt dizziness throughout the whole day along with what seems like blocked ears and pressure in the head?? i had the nausea first 2 days but that faded along with night sweats but can't shift the dizziness!! it throws me out when I try to talk to people as the dizziness causes an anxiety rush to the head and the words can't come out my mouth.....arrggghhh

its really early days but really uncomfortable

    Had the same thing, better at 10 weeks in
