Taking this again after H pylori triple therapy twice, first I didn't finish and after finished 2nd time. But stomach still has pain/bloating/muscle spasm, feels like it's working but is this a too small of a dose? 10mg 3x a day. I take it during/after a meal. People on here says they take 100mgs.

I thought 20mg was the lowest. 10mg is extremely low and won't exert much anti inflammatory effect.

Also at 10mg there will be zero antibiotic effect.

Hi John.
I think the normal dose is first day 2 x 100mg capsules followed by one a day for the rest of the course.

Tablets are less effective when taken shortly after or with meals.
