Hmm! Not sure to be honest as I feel like s**t most of the time anyway. I think it's important that you try to take at the same time everyday if you can. Maybe take a little later in the week to match your weekend and see if it helps. Good luck

Since Dec. Started at 25mg and increased slowly 25mg at a time ..now I'm on 125mg. Panic attacks have stopped ..more or less and I'm sleeping better but still feel exhausted and am unable to go out most of the time.

I think I'm having trouble leaving the house because I was having full blown panic attacks in shops. It seems to be fairly common with anxiety the inability to leave the house.

I was just checking to see if you had similar problems to me . I had to continue to work and I used to shake and feel like jelly before setting off then felt spaced out until I had eaten but literally had to force some food in . This lasted around 12 weeks then felt ok for a while then upped the dose to 100 from 50 . Currently 6 weeks and anxiety as subsided somewhat but still feel a bit shaky on a morning x

I seem to be okay if I take it a few hours apart sometimes.
