taking sleep medicine but not effective

i am doing yoga regularly and also taking medicne 

Noveltin ,NSF-1 and zolcalm 5 mg BUT sleep IS NOT MORE THA THREE hours 

I think this medicne gives sleep for some hours only but want to avoid medicine

    I'd be careful about going off anything prescribed to you for depression.  It takes some time for those drugs to work before you'll start seeing any benefits.  I don't know how long you've been taking it, but if it's not been very long then I'd say stick it out.  If it's been over a month and you aren't getting any benefit, then I'd go back to the doctor.  

    As for medication purely taken to induce sleep, I have only had bad experiences and will never go back to them personally.  I used to take zolpidem, which I think is similar to zolcalm, and it did nothing to help me sleep but left me hungover the next day.  Sleeping pills may do something to help those folks that complain about "only" get 6 1/2 hours of sleep a night, but don't seem to put much of a dent in major league insomnia brought on by depression and anxiety.
