Taking Stemitil between attacks

Hi group anyone take Stemitil at times when feeling only slight lightheaded and fullness in ear. I'm only taking one 5mg but I know I'm not getting an attack, just times I feel these symptoms in between attacks. Not sure if this is doing any harm but need to get relief somehow. Thks

    Yes I’ve done that if I feel like I might have an attack or if I have ear fullness. Really just as a precaution.
