Taking Vitamins

At breakfast, I take a number of vitamins, for example, a multivitamin/mineral supplement and vitamin C.

I eat shredded Wheat, unprocessed bran, and orange juice.

I am wondering if this breakfast could effect the absorption of the vitamins.

Should I continue as described, or wait a while before taking my vitamins?

    Why do you take supplements? Have you been diagnosed as being deficient? Is the vitamin C also included as part of your multi vitamin? Probably the one vitamin we should all take in the winter is vitamin D as apparently twenty five per cent of the population is deficient.
