Taking with Propranolol

After being on Citalopram for a week ive been suffering increased anxiety especially first thing in the morning including waking really early with nausea so i went to see my dr this morning and she has also now put me onto Propranolo which she said should help to reduce my anxiety symptoms and just to take it when feeling anxious as well as before bed.

Has anyone else used this alongside their Citalopram? Im on 20mg of the Citalopram and have been given 10mg of the Propranolo

    i cant believe how many people are suffering with panic and anxiety attacks like me , had them since 1998, on and off, valium, xanax, hav helped, and zoloft fr a year.

    now past 3 weeks its all day full anxiety, fear, stressing about everything, this covid has doubled our anxiety !

    i had a panic attack today, while out walking by the canal, had xanax !

    my QUESTION, if someone can help me, just got new prescription,

    can i take PROPRANOLOL 40mg together with CITALOPRAM 20mg ??

    the pro. does say, when needed.... so confused, as im in constant anxiety, do i take both or not ???
