Takotsubo Cardiomyopathy

I was admitted to hospital with chest pains last July, I was told that I'd had a heart attack I went for an angiogram and there was no blockages so I was diagnosed with Takostubo cardiomyopathy which is a newly diagnosed condition which many cardiologists are still not up to date with, In Takostubo the left ventricle of the heart enlarges and doesn't pump properly , in a few months the heart goes back to normal and according to the cardiologists you are fine. But a lot of Takotsubo sufferers are still left with various ongoing side effects I.e. breathlessness, chest pain these are the main ones but there are lots more that people suffer from, I personally am not sure how much exercise I can do yet without symptoms as I've had knock on effects with my arthritis and couldn't do my cardiac rehab because I couldn't walk properly let alone excercise. Has anyone else on here had Takostubo (TTS)
