I take tamsulosin and have always taken it at night -. I take it at night because I take Lisiniprol for my blood pressure in the morning and am aware Tamsulosin lowers BP a bit. but now wonder if I should take it in the morning at same time as Lisiniprol or may be switch round when I take what

I can't answer your question directly, but I switched to taking it in the evening. I think I read to take it in the morning 'to take you through the day' but as the problems I've had with difficult flow etc have always been at night it seemed more logical.

Unless you're experiencing a sudden drop in BP (causing dizziness etc) you're probably fine as-is.

I switched from morning to evening (30 minutes after dinner) hoping it would help with getting up in the middle of the night. It seemed to help a little.

My concern about tamsulosin (flomax) are the reports of it being linked to dementia. My wife has early onset Alzheimer's so as the last brain functioning in this household, I need to take precautions.
