I take mine just after my evening meal, or an hour before I go out for the evening, to reduce excess lavatory trips.
I don't get any problem with dizziness - perhaps because I make sure I exercise every day.

I try to take it after breakfast, either immediately or within half hour. I find it takes some time to kick in, and if I take it later it is not so effective throughout the day and evening. It's during the day and evening you want it to be most active, not at night when in bed: the action is to improve the flow, which you want to happen before bed, not during the night. This should stop you being over hydrated at bed time. Especially if you are older or have any fatty tissue, the body is a bit like a sponge that releases water slowly. The patient information leaflet also says 'after breakfast (or the first meal of the day)'. (ps I don't notice any problem with dizzyness.)
