HI
Iv been on 25mg of sertaline for nearly 2 years due to health anxiety.
i started taking one every other day. but im getting lots of headaches and tummy pains. is this normal even on a low dose.
also my sister died suddenly after a 5 week illness and now my anxiety is high again dont know id to carry on tapering or go back to what i was on

hi julie. it is sad news with regards to your sister and quite understandable it would have this affect on you, it would on anyone even without our illness. I suppose what you have to decide is, is this the best time to be doing the withdrawal?why had you decided to come off the meds? if it was me I would stop withdrawing until I felt emotionally strong enough again . if you anxiety has come back, albeit situational you need help getting it under control again
