Tapering tryptizol for 4 weeks

I've been taking tryptizol for 1 year and half for stomach pains... Starting 10 mg then 20 mg. I got married and the dr. Told me to stop this medication before i get pregnant. So i took the decision last month. Its been 4 weeks taking half a tablet. And on Thursday i started skipping a day. I've been seeking withdrawl symptoms like nausea headaches crying spells muscle joint pain.. How long will the symptoms last? I can't have a normal life anymore
