TAPPING FOR ANXIETY

Posted , 3 users are following.

I have been watching tapping on u-tube as a way to release anxiety.  Has anyone here tried it, and did it work?  I thought I would give it a try.

Anything is worth trying don't you think?

Is that what Paul McKenna does?

Im sure I've seen him show people to tap certain parts of them but this was to help them lose weight.

Its certainly worth a try Anne xx

I have learned to let go and let God. God will heal you in his time. Just except the anxiety and change the way you think. Its a habit . You have to change the habit. It takes time and there are setbacks but you can do it. I suffered severely, lost weight, tried medicine and felt out of control and a prisioner of my own thoughts. But now I don't question my anxiety levels all day and don't think about how I feel. I replace it with positive thinking, prayer, faith and stay busy. Good luck .

I am glad God is there for you Jenn.  I too am a Christian.  It is just that God has taken such a long time to ease my burden.  But you are right think positive.  I do, all the time.  I don't dwell on my depression and anxiety.  It has gone on so long I accept it for what it is.

Yes although retired I do keep busy as belong to senior citizen group with lots of activities and do a volunary job with children in local school.  I fill my time, and it does help me a lot.

      Take care.
