I had my operations on the 15 of December 2017.

I've had my pin out plus stitches 16th Jan. I have been suffering with my foot ever since still very swollen and painful .I do exercises all the while .I go back to the hospital on the 15th July. Don't no weather I'm doing the write exercises. Can any body help

    Swelling takes a long time to settle 

    Keep resting it and rub hydride& voltaran on it the bones take along time to heal I had mine done 28/4/17 and only know it’s feel good still rubbing cream in especially on incision I was told 

    It helps and it does good luck
