Tea remedy

I just read an article on "expand your consciousness" and I thought I share it for all who are having vertigo. Here goes....hope it can be copied and pasted.

If it doesn't come up, the main idea is that natural remedies are always safe to try. Thyme and fenugreek tea that can be made in your own kitchen.

Good luck to all

Thank you for the link. I found the link headline very bombastic.  I do add thyme as a seasoning all the time. No pun intended.  Very flavorful and will continue using.  Why not try the tea as it can’t hurt.

    Take care

Traci, you're so welcome. I have been doing it myself since I posted the article two days ago. Both fenugreek and thyme can be grown in containers if you don't have yard space to grow them in. I have been looking for some organic fenugreek seeds so I can start growing it in Spring. It's easy to grow herbs since not too many bugs are attracted to them. Although not sure about some of the tastier herbs like cilantro or dill! My dill got eaten up over night by some critter of some kind. Must have been tasty..
