Tea tree lid scrub - will my eyes feel worse before they get better?

I have dry eyes and MGD. I used a tea tree lid scrub the other day and my eyes are still feeling irritated from it. The strange thing is my eyes dont look irritated or red, they just feel worse and my vision is a bit blurrier. I dont know whether I've had a bad reaction or if this means its working and I should try it again? Any advice will be great.

Also the product Im using is called 'We love eyes' lid cleanser.
